This is the certificate we issue, exactly as it looks, with sample data. It is the document the Ministry of Health inspector asks for, and it carries a QR code anyone can scan to confirm we issued it. We issue it in Spanish, because that is the language the inspector reads it in.

The one above is a sample, not a certificate. The establishment details are fictitious and the document has no validity. Yours is issued in your business name when we finish the service.
Something we would rather say up front: every certificate we issue is recorded in our system and the QR checks it against that record, so an edited document does not pass the inspector’s verification. On top of that, altering or using a forged document is a crime in Costa Rica under the Penal Code. If you need the certificate urgently, write to us and we will sort it out: it is faster and cheaper than the trouble.
We do not spray blind: we follow a method
Controlling a pest is not spraying pesticide and hoping. We work with Integrated Pest Management (IPM), the professional standard that starts with a diagnosis, goes after the cause instead of the symptom, and uses the least product needed for the best result.
