What we guarantee in your fumigation
We guarantee that your service is done with the right products, doses and methods for the pest and the place, and we leave you a report with what was applied and our recommendations. It is a pest control service: we do not promise eradication or that you will never see an insect again.
The pest is usually established and has eggs, so the service is two applications. The second one, 14 or 21 days later, is charged at the follow-up price and is booked at the first visit. The technician confirms it during the visit.
How many applications you need
Two applications. The first lowers the population; the second reaches the ones that hatch from the eggs. The second one is charged as a follow-up.
One application.
30-day check: only with the full plan
Once the plan is complete (both applications, or the single one if you fumigated in the last 6 months), you have 30 days to let us know if the treated pest becomes active again. Our technical team reviews your photos and the report, and if the conditions below were met, we re-treat at no cost.
If two applications were needed and only one was done, there is no 30-day check. It applies to house or apartment fumigation: cockroaches, ants, fleas, spiders and mosquitoes. Who does your service.
The conditions
The check only applies if the cleaning and maintenance instructions the technician leaves in the report are followed. The most common ones:
- Food stored in sealed containers, pet food included.
- Trash covered and taken out often, never left to pile up.
- No cardboard boxes or bags piled up in the kitchen, storage room or under furniture.
- Dishes washed the same day, and no standing water in the sink or flowerpots.
- Do not mop the baseboards or the cracks where the product was applied: that wipes it away.
Before and after the visit you can follow the guide to preparing your home.
What we do not promise
- Total eradication or that you will never see an insect again. The service controls the pest; it does not eliminate it forever.
- Results in a single visit if you have not fumigated in the last 6 months.
- That pests will not come in from outside. In apartments, condominiums and attached houses they can come back from neighboring units or common areas, and that does not depend on the treatment of your home.
Seeing a few insects in the first days is normal: they come out of their hiding places when they touch the product.
What it does not cover
- Termites: they have their own six-month follow-up. See termites.
- Rats and mice: bait stations are checked after 15 days. See rodents.
- A different pest from the one that was treated.
- Cases where the cleaning and maintenance conditions in the report were not kept up.
- Incomplete plans: if two applications were needed and only one was done.
How to request the check
Message us on WhatsApp within 30 days of completing the plan, with photos of what you are seeing and the date of the last application. Our technical team reviews the case; if the conditions were met, we schedule the re-treatment at no cost.
Frequently asked questions
Why two applications if I have not fumigated in the last 6 months?
Without a recent treatment the pest is usually established and has eggs. Cockroaches, for example, leave oothecae that the product cannot get through. The first application lowers a good part of the population, usually between 70% and 90%, and 14 or 21 days later the young hatch: the second application reaches them. The second one is charged at the follow-up price.
Do the 30 days count from the first visit?
No. The 30 days run from when the plan is complete: from the second application, or from the single one if you fumigated in the last 6 months. If two applications were needed and only one was done, there is no 30-day check.
What happens if the pest comes back within those 30 days?
Message us on WhatsApp at 6030-0045 with photos. Our technical team reviews the case and, if the cleaning and maintenance conditions in the report were kept, we schedule the re-treatment at no cost.
Does this cover termites and rats?
No. Termites have their own six-month follow-up and rat bait stations are checked after 15 days. This check applies to house or apartment fumigation.
