Pest control for restaurants, sodas and bakeries
The pests we see most
- Cockroaches in kitchens and storerooms
- Flies
- Rats and mice
How we work in a kitchen
Gel and bait stations, never spray on food surfaces. Visits happen before opening or after closing, so service is not disrupted. Rodents almost always come in through the trash room and the loading dock, and flies breed in the grease trap, the drains and the trash area: that is where the work is focused. We explain it in flies in sodas and restaurants.
What the law requires
Article 61 of Decree 37308-S requires every business that prepares or serves food to have a pest control plan in place, a record of activities and applications, products authorized by the Ministry of Health and, if a company does the work, that it be licensed. The details are in the plan Decree 37308-S requires.
It is the sector inspectors check most: in the 2026 nationwide operation, 39 food businesses were shut down in one week. See what the inspector checks.
