This is the certificate we give you
- What it is. Proof that your home, shop or warehouse received the fumigation service, issued in the name of your business when we finish the job.
- Who asks for it. The Ministry of Health inspector at commercial establishments; landlords, hotels and supplier audits ask for it too.
- It carries a verification QR code. Every certificate is recorded in our system and the QR code is checked against that record, so anyone can confirm that we issued it.

This service used only products authorized and approved by the Costa Rica Ministry of Health for use in homes, buildings and establishments, safe for people and pets.
The one above is a sample, not a certificate. The establishment details are fictitious and the document is not valid. Yours is issued in the name of your business when we finish the service.
Something we would rather say up front: every certificate we issue is recorded in our system and the QR code checks it against that record, so an edited document will not pass the inspector’s check. Also, altering or using a forged document is a crime in Costa Rica under the Penal Code. If you need the certificate urgently, message us and we will arrange it: it is faster and cheaper than the problem.
