This policy describes how Fumigadora EcoPlagas, known commercially as EcoPlagas, collects, uses and protects personal information on its websites (including ecoplagas.cr and 800fumigar.com), its internal marketing and management applications, and its contact channels (forms, phone and WhatsApp).

1. Information we collect

Contact details you voluntarily give us when you request a quote, book a service or write to us: name, phone number, email address and service address.
Site usage data through cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta pixel): pages visited, source of the visit and technical data about the device.
Conversations on our customer service channels (WhatsApp, forms, social media) so we can follow up on your request.

2. How we use the information

To handle requests, provide quotes and deliver our pest control services.
To follow up on recurring services, reapplications and visit scheduling.
To measure the performance of our website and advertising campaigns.
To send marketing information only when consent has been given, with the option to opt out at any time.

3. Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent your personal information.
