Pest control for schools, daycares and health centers
The pests we see most
- Rats in cafeterias
- Termites in structures
- Pigeons under the eaves
- Dengue mosquito breeding sites
What the regulations require
The school cafeteria falls under Decree 37308-S: a pest control plan with records. Whoever applies pesticides must be a company with a Ministry of Health permit, a licensed chemical supervisor and trained staff, under Decree 38335-S-MTSS. We explain it in pest control in schools.
How we work where there are children
We apply only when no one is present, with a service sheet and a documented re-entry time. Large jobs are scheduled in July and during the December to February break. According to the MEP (Ministry of Public Education) guide, school boards can hire directly with three quotes.
- Free assessment visit and a written proposal the same day.
- Pest control plan with a map of numbered stations.
- Monthly visit (or as the assessment calls for) with a signed logbook.
- Technical data sheets and safety data sheets for every product, ready for audits.
- Certificate with a QR code after every service, verifiable online (see an example).
- Green-label products, uniformed technicians with ID badges, medical exams and certified annual training (see our compliance).
