How much does it cost to fumigate a house?
Up to 100 m², ₡39,900; up to 200 m², ₡49,900; and over 200 m², ₡59,900, VAT included. We confirm the square footage on WhatsApp before booking.
Do I have to leave the house?
No. You can stay a few meters from the area being treated. People and pets can go back in one hour after the treatment.
How often should a house be fumigated?
Every 3 to 6 months. If you want it on a schedule, see the home plans every 3 or every 6 months.
Does one visit get rid of all the pests?
The first application kills 70% to 90% of the pests. When the infestation is severe, a second application is needed after 14 or 21 days, because the product does not reach the eggs.
Does it include termites and rats?
No. Termites are treated separately, with a free inspection, and rats with closed bait stations from ₡48,900.
